These data will be deleted after storage will no longer be necessary or the processing will be limited in case of legal record retentions.

Correction Right

You have the right to request immediate correction of your personal data. Considering the purpose of processing, you have the right to request the completeness of incomplete personal data – also by means of an additional explanation.


Deletion Right

You have the right to request the immediate deletion of personal data. We are obligated to delete the personal data in case one of the following reasons is met:

  1. collection of personal data is no longer necessary.
  2. The affected person revokes the permission and no other legal basis is to be considered
  3. The respective person files an objection according to article 21 paragraph 1 GDPR against the processing and in case there are no other legitimate reasons for the processing
  4. The personal data have been illegally processed
  5. The deletion of personal data is necessary to meet a legal requirement following the European law or the law of the respective member state.
  6. The personal data have been collected relating to article 8, paragraph 1 of GDPR.

    In case the responsible person has published the personal data, he/she is obligated to deletion according to paragraph 1, he/she has to take action by means of available technology in order to inform the respective person requested deletion of all links to personal data or a copy of them.

    The right to deletion is not applicable in case the handling is necessary:
  • For the right of freedom for expression and information;
  • To meet a legal requirement;
  • For reasons of public interests in the area of public health according to GDPR;For archiving purposes with public interest, economic or historical purposes or for statistical purposes according to GDPR


Right to Limitation of Processing

You have the right to limit the processing of your personal data in the following cases:

  1. The person denies the correctness of the Personal data – for the period until the correctness of the data is checked,
  2. The processing is illegal and the respective person denies the deletion of the personal data and requests a limitation of use instead;
  3. the personal data is no longer needed for processing; however the data is needed for processing of legal requirements or
  4. the respective person filed an objection against according to article 21 paragraph 1 GDPR.

In case the processing is limited due to the above mentioned reasons – despite storage – these personal data will only be processed after permission or in case of legal requirements or in case of other important public interests according to GDPR.

Right of Data Transferability

You have the right to receive your transmitted personal data in a readable format and the right to transfer those data to another responsible person in case:

Integration of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, an analysing service by Google Inc. („Google"). The use is made following the regulations of GDPR. Google Analytics makes a continuous optimization of our website possible by means of statistic recording. These interests are considered as justified in the sense of the GDPR.
